Root & Bloom Fund
This fund replaces the expiring Best Beginnings scholarships, ensuring that Little Twigs teachers can continue bringing their children to the center. It bridges the gap between what families can afford and what quality care costs, protecting the foundation of Little Twigs’ model – mothers caring for their own children while caring for others.
Your gift to the Root & Bloom Fund keeps teachers and their children together.
It allows refugee and immigrant mothers to stay employed, continue learning, and maintain the trusted relationships that help every child thrive.
Thrive Together Fund
This fund replaces the Early Head Start support and provides flexible, ongoing funding to sustain small ratios, fair wages, nutritious meals, and trauma-informed care. It also strengthens the center’s capacity to meet rising community demand for infant and toddler care – the scarcest and most costly form of childcare statewide.
